Conditions of sale for all original art pieces such as paintings, photographs, sculptures etc.:

The artist retains ownership of all copyright to the original art work and images of the artwork, including the right to reproduce or licence digital images of the original art piece for commercial purposes.

The artist retains ownership of all copyright to the original photographs, prints and images, including the right to reproduce or licence digital images of the image for commercial purposes. The sale of digital images is for the your personal use only, it may not be shared or distributed. You may not use this image for any commercial purposes.

Most items are mailed within the same day or the next day after confirmation of purchase by Etsy (with the Exception of Digital downloads, Personalized and Custom orders.) Cancellation and refund will be issued upon request, within 12 hours of purchase, and only if the item has not already been shipped. Once an item is mailed to the buyer, cancellation and refund of the item (not including shipping costs) will be issued only after the item is returned by the buyer and I have received the returned item in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, taxes and duties levied by the sending and receiving countries, and loss of value if the item is damaged during transit.
All Digital Downloads are non-refundable.

I will issue refunds and exchanges (with the Exception of Digital Downloads, Personalized and Custom Orders, One-Of-A-Kind items) if you are not satisfied with the purchased item. Please contact me to request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery of the item, and then return the item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. I will provide a refund of the purchased price of the item (not including shipping cost) or an exchange after I have received the item returned in its original condition. Please use tracked mail for safe delivery. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, taxes and duties levied by the sending and receiving countries, and loss of value if the item is damaged during transit.

I welcome custom orders of paintings and original objets d'art. Please convo me if you would like to commission a painting or a piece of artwork.

All physical items will be shipped within three business days of the order (with the Exception of Custom Orders and digital downloads), in protective packaging to protect against damages.

All physical items will be shipped from Toronto, Canada via Canada Post regular First Class Mail. Confirmation of shipping will be sent by email. Tracked and expedited mail is available upon request at extra cost to the buyer.

Please convo me if you wish your purchase to be mailed using faster mailing services such as next day delivery, UPS, Fedex, Express Mail, Priority Mail or with insurance and tracking so that shipping costs can be adjusted accordingly.
